Chicken Cashew - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. chicken breasts, cut in strips
    1 Tbsp. cornstarch
    1 Tbsp. soy sauce
    3 Tbsp. vegetable oil
    1/2 lb. sliced mushrooms
    1/2 c. chopped green onions
    1 green pepper, cut in strips
    1 c. cashews
    1/2 c. water
    1 Tbsp. cornstarch
    1 Tbsp. soy sauce
    1 Tbsp. sugar
    dash of paprika
    cooked rice
Preparation
    Blend 1 tablespoon cornstarch and 1 tablespoon soy sauce; toss chicken and allow to marinate for 20 minutes.
    In a large skillet, combine oil and garlic; add chicken.
    Cook and stir several minutes.
    Add vegetables and cashews; stir-fry until tender. Combine cornstarch, soy sauce, sugar, water and paprika.
    Add to chicken mix and cook until thickened.
    Serve over cooked rice.
