Potato Soup - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 to 4 c. diced potatoes
    1/2 c. chopped onions
    3 c. water
    1/3 c. flour
    1 c. sour cream
    2 tsp. salt
    1/4 tsp. pepper
    2 c. milk
    2 chicken bouillon cubes
    3 Tbsp. butter
    3/4 chopped celery
Preparation
    In a 3-quart pan, cook potatoes, onions, water and celery on medium 25 minutes or until tender.
    Mix together sour cream, flour, salt and pepper.
    Add sour cream mixture, milk, butter and bouillon cubes to soup.
    Cook and stir 30 minutes.
    Do not boil! Sprinkle with parsley.
