Chicken And Rice Bake - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 (10 3/4 oz.) can Campbell's cream of chicken and broccoli soup
    1 1/2 c. water
    3/4 c. uncooked long-grained rice
    1 1/2 c. sliced mushrooms
    1 (2.8 oz.) can Durkee French fried onions
    4 chicken breast halves (about 2 lb.)
    paprika
    pepper
Preparation
    In a 3-quart oblong baking dish, combine soup, water, rice, mushrooms and 1/2 can onions.
    Arrange chicken on rice mixture; sprinkle with paprika and pepper.
    Bake at 375\u00b0 for 1 hour or until chicken is no longer pink and juices run clear.
    Top with remaining onions.
    Bake 3 minutes or until onions are golden brown.
    Serves 4.
