Non-Butter Crust - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 c. all-purpose flour
1 tsp. salt
1/3 c. oil (safflower or corn oil)
3 Tbsp. cold skim milk
Preparation

Sift flour and salt together into mixing bowl.
Mix the oil with the cold milk, and pour all at once into the flour.
Stir lightly with a fork until blended, adding more liquid if necessary to make dough hold together.
Divide the dough into 2 portions. Refrigerate until ready to prepare pie.
Yields 1 (9-inch), 2 crust pie, 8 servings.
