Hash Brown Dish - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 lb. frozen hash browns
    2 cans soup (cream of celery, mushroom or potato)
    8 oz. sour cream
    1/4 c. chopped onion
    1/4 c. chopped green pepper
    1/2 tsp. salt and pepper
Preparation
    Mix all together.
    Bake in a 9 x 13-inch pan or casserole for 1 1/2 hours at 300\u00b0.
    Garnish with paprika or parsley flakes.
