Beef Stroganoff - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 onions, diced
    5 Tbsp. butter
    flour
    1 can sliced mushrooms
    15 oz. can tomato sauce
    2 green peppers, diced
    2 1/2 lb. steak, cubed
    2 Tbsp. Worcestershire
    1 1/4 tsp. Accent
    1 can water
Preparation
    Saute onions and peppers in 1 tablespoon butter.
    Coat meat with flour; brown in remaining butter.
    Add onions and peppers, tomato sauce and water.
    Simmer for 30 minutes.
    Add remaining ingredients and cook until tender.
    Serve over noodles or rice.
