Cole Slaw Dressing - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 Tbsp. all-purpose flour
    2 Tbsp. sugar
    1 tsp. salt
    1 tsp. dry powdered mustard
    dash of cayenne (red pepper)
    2 slightly beaten egg yolks
    3/4 c. milk
    1/4 c. apple cider vinegar
    1 1/2 tsp. butter
Preparation
    Mix flour, sugar, salt, mustard and cayenne.
    Mix egg yolks and milk; stir in flour mixture.
    Cook over low heat until thick, stirring constantly, until thickened.
    Then add apple cider vinegar and butter.
    Mix into dressing and cool.
    Makes one cup.
