Broccoli & Beef Wellington Squares - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. ground beef
    4 oz. pkg. shredded Mozzarella cheese
    4 oz. cream cheese
    1/2 c. chopped onion
    1/2 c. sour cream
    1/4 tsp. salt
    1/4 tsp. pepper
    9 oz. frozen, cut broccoli (thawed, drained and cut into small pieces)
    3 - 8 oz. cans crescent rolls
Preparation
    Brown meat and drain well. Add all ingredients (except rolls); heat & simmer for 10 minutes. Separate dough; use 2 triangles for each square; seal (pinch together) diagonal perferations. Place mixture in center of square & bring edges together & press edges to seal. Place squares onto ungreased cookie sheet & bake at 375\u00b0 for about 22 minutes (until golden brown). Wonderful entree for buffets.
