German Pancakes - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 eggs
    1 c. flour
    1 c. milk
    powdered sugar
    lemon wedges
    maple syrup
    melted butter
Preparation
    In a blender, mix the eggs, flour and milk.
    Preheat oven to 425\u00b0.
    In a baking dish, melt a generous amount of butter.
    Add the mixture from the blender and bake for 20 minutes.
    Serve with lemon juice and maple syrup and dust with powdered sugar.
