Coconut Surprise Cake - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 box white cake mix
    1 whole egg
    2 egg whites
    1 c. water
    1/2 c. sour cream
    1 (20 oz.) can crushed pineapple
Preparation
    Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Grease and lightly flour the bottom only of a 9x13x2 inch baking pan. Combine the cake mix, whole egg, egg whites, water and sour cream.
    Beat until well mixed.
    Pour into prepared pan and bake for about 25 to 30 minutes or until a toothpick comes out clean when inserted into center of cake.
