Easy Hamburger And Rice Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 c. frozen corn
    1 c. frozen peas
    1 c. Minute rice
    1 (10 3/4 oz.) can condensed cream of chicken soup
    1 c. milk
    1 c. American cheese, grated
    1/2 c. onion, chopped
    1 to 1 1/2 lb. ground beef
Preparation
    In 10-inch skillet, brown hamburger.
    Drain.
    Add frozen vegetables, rice, soup, milk, onion and half the cheese.
    Cover and simmer 15 minutes, stirring occasionally.
    To serve, sprinkle with remaining cheese.
    Makes 4 servings.
