Frozen Cole Slaw - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 medium cabbage head, shredded
    1 carrot, grated
    1 green pepper, chopped
    1 tsp. salt
Preparation
    Mix salt and cabbage.
    Let salt and cabbage stand 1 hour. Squeeze out excess moisture.
    Add carrots and peppers.
    While this is standing for 1 hour, make the dressing.
