Holiday Cheese Potatoes - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    10 (approximately) cooked (boiled) potatoes, lightly salted
    3/4 lb. Velveeta cheese, cubed in small pieces
    1/2 c. diced onion
    2 c. regular or light Hellmann's mayonnaise (not salad dressing)
    1/2 lb. chopped, partly fried bacon
Preparation
    Drain potatoes.
    While potatoes are still hot, add all ingredients, except bacon.
    Stir with wooden spoon until of spreading consistency.
    Pour into buttered 9 x 13-inch dish.
    Top with crumbled bacon.
    Bake at 325\u00b0 for 1 hour or until bubbly and bacon is crisp.
    Excellent for holiday dinners.
    Can be made the day before, except for adding the bacon crumbles.
