Rachel'S Easy Pie - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 c. sugar
    1 c. self-rising flour
    1 c. milk
    1 egg
    1 stick margarine
    canned apple or peach filling or fresh fruit
Preparation
    Melt margarine in a 9 x 12-inch baking dish.
    Mix together sugar, flour, milk and egg.
    Pour into dish containing melted margarine.
    Pour fruit filling into middle of dish containing other ingredients.
    Do not stir.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 30 or 45 minutes until brown.
