Italian Cream Cake - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 c. sugar
    1 stick oleo
    1/2 c. Crisco
    1 c. buttermilk
    1 tsp. soda
    2 c. flour
    5 eggs
    1 can coconut
    1/2 c. pecans
Preparation
    Cream well sugar, oleo and Crisco.
    Add egg yolks, one at a time, to mixture.
    Add flour and buttermilk.
    Fold in well.
    Beat egg whites and add with coconut and pecans to mixture.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 until brown about 25 minutes.
