Italian Meatballs - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 1/2 lb. lean ground beef
    3 slices day old bread
    1 egg
    2 Tbsp. chopped garlic
    1/2 c. grated Parmesan cheese
    1/2 Tbsp. each salt and pepper
Preparation
    Soak bread in milk; squeeze out. Mix beef, bread, egg, garlic, cheese, salt and pepper. Mix with hands very thoroughly. Form into size meatballs desired. Place on baking sheet. Place in 375\u00b0 oven until browned. Cook meatballs in your favorite spaghetti sauce slowly for 2 hours.
