Chicken And Bok Choy Soup - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 1/2 Tbsp. sesame oil
    1/2 lb. shiitake or common mushrooms, cleaned and sliced
    8 green onions
    3 c. chicken broth
    4 boned chicken breasts
    2 large carrots
    8 baby bok choy
    2 c. hot cooked rice
    3 Tbsp. fresh cilantro
Preparation
    Brown in oil the onion and mushrooms.
    Add broth and simmer for 10 minutes. Add chicken and carrots and simmer another 15 minutes. Add bok choy and simmer about 5 minutes. Serves 4.
