Baked Corn Casserole - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 can creamed corn
1 can whole kernel corn
2 eggs
1 pkg. Jiffy corn muffin mix
1 stick melted margarine
1 c. sour cream
salt and pepper
10 oz. shredded cheddar cheese
Preparation

Mix all together, except 1 c. cheese.
Put in 9 x 13 pan. Put cup of cheese on top.
Bake 1 hour at 350 degrees.
