Cheese Cake - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. cream cheese
    1 lb. cottage cheese (2 c.)
    1 1/2 c. sugar
    4 eggs
    3 Tbsp. flour
    3 heaping Tbsp. cornstarch
    juice of 1/2 lemon
    1 tsp. vanilla
    1 c. (1/2 pt.) sour cream
    1/4 lb. butter or margarine, melted
Preparation
    Blend cottage cheese and softened cream cheese together.
    Add sugar, 1/2 cup at a time.
    Beat eggs and add.
    Add this combination and remainder of ingredients.
    Mix well, put into a greased spring pan.
    Bake at 325\u00b0 for 1 hour.
    Turn oven off and leave in oven another 2 hours.
