Peggy'S Lower Fat Biscuits - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 c. self-rising flour
    5 Tbsp. fat-free margarine*
    2 Tbsp. light mayonnaise
    3/4 to 1 c. low-fat buttermilk
Preparation
    Preheat oven to 400\u00b0.
    Mix mayonnaise and margarine.
    Cut in flour until crumbly.
    Slowly add milk until right firmness.
    Flour board and knead dough only slightly before rolling out and cutting biscuits.
    (Use pastry brush to butter top.)
    Bake at 400\u00b0 until golden brown, approximately 8 to 12 minutes.
