Tahitian Ham Loaf - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. ground ham
    1 lb. ground fresh pork
    2/3 cup cracker crumbs
    1/2 cup chopped onion
    1/2 cup milk
    1 egg, slightly beaten
    1 tsp. parsley
    dash pepper
    8 slices pineapple
    1 cup brown sugar
    1/4 cup pineapple syrup
    2 Tbsp. vinegar
    1 tsp. prepared mustard
Preparation
    Combine ham, pork, crackers, onion, milk, egg, parsley and pepper.
    Shape into patties.
    Line in rows alternating with pineapple slices.
    Bake in a slow oven at 325 degrees for 30 minutes.
    Prepare brown sugar, syrup, vinegar and mustard.
    Pour over rows and continue to bake for 1 hour.
