Pork Chop Casserole - cooking recipe
Ingredients

6 pork chops
1 tsp. salt
1/8 tsp. pepper
4 medium apples, peeled and sliced
1 c. water
4 medium sweet potatoes, peeled and sliced
1 tsp. Worcestershire sauce
1 medium onion, chopped
Preparation

Brown chops in small amount of oil.
Place in large casserole dish. Sprinkle half the salt and pepper, place potatoes and apples. Sprinkle remaining salt and pepper.
Place onions in pan that was used for browning chops.
Saute them.
Add Worcestershire sauce, mix with water and pour over chops, apples and potatoes.
Cover. Bake at 375\u00b0 for 1 1/2 hours.
