Lasagna - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1/4 c. parsley
1 1/2 c. Ricotta cheese
2 1/2 c. Mozzarella cheese
1/4 c. Parmesan cheese
2 eggs, slightly beaten
32 oz. chunky tomato sauce
a little garlic and onion salt
9 uncooked lasagna noodles
Preparation

Mix all ingredients; save 1/2 Parmesan cheese.
Put 1 cup sauce in an 11 x 7-inch pan.
Place 3 noodles, then a layer of sauce, a layer of cheese mixture and layer of noodles, until all ingredients are used.
Finish with Parmesan cheese.
Bake, covered with clear wrap (vent), in microwave for 15 minutes.
Let stand inside microwave for another 5 minutes.
Real good.
