Zucchini Casserole - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 1/2 c. diced zucchini
1 c. diced celery
1 c. diced onion
1 1/2 c. water
2/3 c. oleo
salt and pepper
2 eggs
2 c. cracker crumbs
1 c. cheese (your choice)
Preparation

Boil zucchini, celery, onion, water, oleo, salt and pepper 5 minutes and drain.
Add eggs, cracker crumbs and cheese.
Bake 30 to 35 minutes at 350\u00b0.
