Squash Pie - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 c. cooked squash (unsalted), drained
    1 1/2 c. sugar
    2/3 stick margarine
    1/3 c. self-rising flour
    2 eggs
    1 1/2 Tbsp. lemon or vanilla butter flavoring
    dash of salt
    2 unbaked crusts
Preparation
    Mix all ingredients and pour into 2 crusts after it has been blended in a blender.
    Bake 25 to 30 minutes at 350\u00b0.
