Vegetable Medley - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 (16 oz.) pkg. mixed frozen vegetables (California Blend)
    1 large onion, chopped
    4 Tbsp. butter
    1 can cream of chicken soup
    1 c. sour cream
    1 1/2 c. seasoned croutons
Preparation
    Thaw veggies.
    Saute veggies with onion in 3 tablespoons butter, about 3 minutes.
    Add soup and sour cream; mix well.
    Add 1 cup croutons and mix.
