Potato Salad - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    5 lb. potatoes
    1 c. mayonnaise
    4 Tbsp. sugar
    1 Tbsp. vinegar
    1 Tbsp. mustard
    1 bell pepper (chopped)
    1 small onion (chopped)
    2 carrots (grated)
Preparation
    Cook potatoes in salt water and drain. Mix other ingredients together and pour over cooled potatoes and fold together.
