Yellow Squash Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 lb. fresh yellow squash
    1 onion, chopped
    20 saltine crackers
    1 c. grated Cheddar cheese
    1/2 c. milk
    salt and pepper to taste
Preparation
    Cook squash; drain and mash.
    Add onion, 15 crackers, milk, cheese and salt and pepper to taste.
    Stir and put into casserole dish.
    Crush remaining crackers; sprinkle on top.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 45 minutes.
