Delightful Peppers - cooking recipe

Ingredients

2 c. Stove Top flexible stuffing mix, uncooked
1 (12 oz.) jar Heinz homestyle brown gravy
1/2 lb. ground beef
1/2 c. grated Mozzarella cheese
1 small onion, chopped
1 garlic clove, crushed
1 egg, slightly beaten
4 red or green bell peppers

Preparation

Mix all ingredients except bell peppers.
Cut peppers lengthwise and hollow out.
Fill stuffing mix and place in baking pan or microwave-safe dish.
Cover and bake at 375\u00b0 for 50 minutes.
Remove cover and bake 10 additional minutes.
