Chicken Tetrazzini - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 (3 to 4 lb.) chicken, quartered
    2 tsp. pepper
    4 Tbsp. butter or margarine
    1 clove garlic, minced
    1 green pepper, chopped
    1 medium oinon, chopped
    1 stalk celery, chopped
    1/2 lb. sliced mushrooms
    1 can cream of mushroom soup
    8oz. vermicelli
    grated Cheddar cheese
Preparation
    Place chicken and pepper in 2 quarts water and simmer, covered, for about 1 hour or until tender.
    Remove chicken and set aside.
    Cook vermicelli in chicken broth until almost tender. Drain and place in 2-quart shallow baking dish.
