Zucchini Hot Dish - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 tomatoes, quartered
2 stalks celery, sliced
1 zucchini, quartered and sliced
1 chopped onion
2 Tbsp. cooking oil
dash of ketchup (your desire)
salt and pepper to taste
Preparation

Brown onion and celery together until tender.
Add remaining ingredients and cook 10 minutes or until zucchini is tender. Contains 75 calories per 8 ounce serving.
Can add mushrooms and hamburger for variations.
