Creamy Macaroni And Cheese - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/2 onion, minced
    1 tsp. dry mustard
    1 tsp. salt
    1/2 tsp. pepper
    1/4 c. margarine
    1/4 c. flour
    2 c. milk
    1/2 lb. mild Longhorn Cheddar cheese, grated
    3/4 c. bread crumbs
    1 tsp. paprika
    8 oz. macaroni, cooked al dente
Preparation
    In 3-quart pan, saute onion in margarine until translucent. Sprinkle flour, mustard, salt and pepper, continuing to stir vigorously.
    Slowly stir in milk, continuously stirring until mixture boils; boil 2 minutes.
    Remove from heat; blend in grated cheese.
    Drain macaroni well and add to the sauce.
    Spray large baking dish with Pam; add mixture.
    Mix bread crumbs with paprika; sprinkle on top.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 30 minutes or at 425\u00b0 for 15 to 20 minutes.
