Vegetable Stew - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 can tomato sauce
    1 large onion
    6 medium carrots
    1 cauliflower
    1 bunch broccoli
    1 small cabbage
    1 tsp. salt
    1 tsp. pepper
    1 Tbsp. vegetable oil
Preparation
    Wash the vegetables and cut them into small pieces.
    Put the vegetable oil into a saucepan.
    Add the onions and fry for 2 minutes.
    Add the tomato sauce, peppers and salt.
    Leave it on a medium heat for 5 minutes.
    Add the vegetables and 2 cups of water and let simmer until soft and tender.
    Do not overcook the vegetables.
    Serve with fried rice plantain or cooked rice.
