Gazpacho(A Delicious Cold Soup Or Appetizer.) - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 large ripe tomatoes, peeled and chopped *
    1 large cucumber, pared and diced
    1 medium sized onion, finely minced
    1 green pepper, seeded and finely chopped
    1 pt. tomato juice
    1 Tbsp. red wine vinegar
    3 Tbsp. oil
    1 Tbsp. small clove garlic, finely minced
    salt and pepper to taste
    Tabasco by the drop to taste (be careful)
Preparation
    * They peel easier when dipped in boiling water first for a few seconds, then in ice or cold water; do not overcook! I've also not peeled tomatoes and it still tastes great!
