Colorful Corn Salad - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 (16 oz.) pkg. frozen whole kernel corn, thawed
1 small sweet onion, chopped
1 large tomato, seeded and chopped
1 large green pepper, chopped
1/4 cup mayonnaise
1/2 tsp. salt
1/2 tsp. coarsely ground pepper
1/4 cup seeded and chopped cucumber (optional)
Preparation

Stir together corn and next 6 ingredients in a bowl until thoroughly mixed. Cover and chill 2 hours. Serve salad with a slotted spoon. Top each serving with chopped cucumber, if desired. Makes 5 cups.
