Beef Stew - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 lb. beef stew meat
1 large onion, chopped
1 large can tomatoes
2 cans tomato sauce
4 medium potatoes, diced
1 small can whole kernel corn
1 pkg. frozen mixed veg.
2 fresh carrots, sliced thin and round
Salt and pepper to taste
Preparation

In a large pot cook stew meat, onions, salt and pepper until beef is very tender (about two hours). Add all other ingredients and bring to a boil. Reduce heat and simmer for 1 hour.
