Country Roast And Vegetables - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 roast, thawed
    several potatoes, canned, sliced or whole
    several carrots
    green beans and corn
    1 onion, sliced
    1 c. water
    1/4 tsp. salt
    1/4 tsp. pepper
    3 Tbsp. butter
    1/4 c. flour (optional)
Preparation
    Place roast in crock-pot.
    Add peeled potatoes, carrots, green beans, corn, sliced onion and butter.
    Add water and flour for gravy.
    Sprinkle with salt and pepper.
    Cook on low for about 6 hours.
    Cook on high for less than 6 hours.
