Ever-So-Easy Fruitcake - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 1/2 c. unsifted flour
    1 tsp. baking soda
    2 eggs, slightly beaten
    1 (28 oz.) jar None Such ready-to-use mince meat
    1 (14 oz.) can Eagle Brand condensed milk (not evaporated milk)
    2 c. (1 lb.) mixed candied fruit
    1 c. coarsely chopped nuts
Preparation
    Preheat oven to 300\u00b0.
    Grease and flour 10-inch Bundt pan. Combine flour and baking soda in large bowl; combine remaining ingredients.
    Blend in dry ingredients.
    Pour batter into prepared pan.
    Bake 1 hour and 45 to 50 minutes, or until wooden pick comes out clean.
    Cool 15 minutes.
    Turn out of pan.
    Garnish as desired.
