Cream Cheese Pound Cake - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 c. butter
1/2 c. shortening
3 c. sugar
1 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese
3 c. sifted cake flour
6 eggs
1 Tbsp. vanilla
1/2 tsp. baking powder
Preparation

Cream butter and shortening and gradually add sugar.
Beat well at medium speed.
Add softened cream cheese, beating until fluffy.
Sift flour and baking powder.
Alternately add eggs and flour, beginning and ending with eggs.
Stir in vanilla.
Put in greased and floured tube pan.
Bake at 325\u00b0 for 1 hour and 15 minutes.
Cool in pan for 10 minutes.
