Fresh Rhubarb Pie - cooking recipe
Ingredients

4 to 5 c. fresh rhubarb *
1/2 c. flour
1 1/3 to 2 c. sugar **
pastry for two-crust pie
Preparation

Mix rhubarb with flour and sugar.
Dot with 1 1/2 tablespoons butter.
Pour in pastry-lined pan and top with crust which has slits cut in it.
Bake until brown at 400\u00b0, 40 to 50 minutes.
