Chicken And Dressing - cooking recipe
Ingredients

chicken or turkey
corn bread
10 eggs
1/2 c. chopped onions
1/4 c. chopped celery
1 stick oleo
about 2 to 3 Tbsp. poultry seasoning
1 Tbsp. sugar or Sweet 'N Low
salt to taste
4 pieces light bread
Preparation

Roast chicken or turkey in roasting pan with pan 1/2 full of water at 350\u00b0 until done.
Cook corn bread in 8 or 9-inch skillet. Crumble corn bread in large bowl.
Add eggs, onions, celery, oleo, poultry seasoning, sugar or Sweet 'N Low, salt and light bread. Pour hot juice from chicken over this and take potato masher and mash real good (needs to be soupy).
Pour in baking dish and bake at 400\u00b0 until firm.
