Chicken Curry Salad - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 chicken breasts, cut in halves (4 pieces), poached and chopped
2 stalks celery, chopped
2/3 c. white seedless grapes
2/3 c. slivered almonds, toasted
curry to taste
1/8 tsp. white pepper
1/4 tsp. salt
dill
mayonnaise to taste or use 1/2 mayo and 1/2 yogurt
Preparation

Mix all ingredients together and serve on a bed of lettuce or in a pita pocket.
