Cheese Soup - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 oz. Mueller's skinny noodles, crumbled
    2 qt. chicken broth
    1 large onion, chopped
    1/2 stick margarine
    1 pkg. chopped broccoli
    1 lb. Velveeta cheese
    1 pt. half and half cream
    garlic salt to taste
    parsley (for garnish)
Preparation
    In microwave, heat chicken broth.
    Cook the noodles.
    Saute onion in margarine in large pot on stove.
    Add broth and noodle mixture.
    In microwave, cook 1 package chopped broccoli (4 to 6 minutes) in package.
    Add to large pot.
    Melt Velveeta in 1 pint of half and half in microwave at medium temperature.
    Add to noodle pot.
    Stir all together.
    Season with garlic salt and parsley.
    Simmer about 1 hour.
    Serves 8 to 10.
