Asparagus With Green Onion Vinaigrette - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/4 c. lemon juice (fresh is best!)
    1/2 tsp. salt
    fresh ground black pepper to taste
    8 large green onions (green part only), cut into large pieces
    1/2 c. olive oil
    2 lb. asparagus, ends snapped off
Preparation
    Make sauce by placing lemon juice, salt, pepper (as desired), green onions and olive oil in a blender or food processor; process until completely smooth.
    Set aside.
