Low-Fat Tofu Burgers - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. 1% fat tofu (firm mori-nu lite)
    1 1/2 c. rolled oats
    2 Tbsp. ketchup
    1 Tbsp. Dijon mustard
    1 Tbsp. low sodium soy sauce
    1 Tbsp. Worcestershire sauce
Preparation
    Preheat oven to 350\u00b0.
    Place tofu in large bowl and mash with a potato masher.
    Add oats and mix well.
    Add remaining ingredients and stir well.
    Shape into patties and place onto a nonstick baking sheet.
    Bake 20 minutes on first side, then turn and bake an additional 10 minutes on the other side.
    Makes 8 to 9 patties.
