Breakfast Pizza - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 (10 oz.) pizza dough
    2 oz. thin Prosciutto
    8 oz. Ricotta cheese
    2 tsp. grated lemon peel
    2 medium peaches, peeled and sliced
    3/4 c. seedless grapes, halved
    2 Tbsp. sugar
    1/4 tsp. cinnamon
Preparation
    Spread dough out on oiled pizza pan.
    Bake 8 minutes on bottom rack in 450\u00b0 oven.
    Cut Prosciutto into strips.
    Mix Ricotta and lemon peel.
    Spread or drop Ricotta mixture on pizza crust. Arrange Prosciutto, peaches and grapes over Ricotta.
    Combine sugar and cinnamon and sprinkle over pizza.
    Bake about 5 minutes, until fruit is warm.
