Hash Brown Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 lb. Ore-Ida hash browns
    3/4 stick margarine
    1 can cream of chicken soup
    1 (8 oz.) sour cream
    7 oz. Cheddar cheese
    1 c. mayonnaise
    chopped onion (optional)
Preparation
    Mix ingredients.
    Place in casserole.
    Top with 2 cups cornflakes mixed with 1/2 stick margarine or cover with French fried onion rings.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 45 minutes covered, 15 minutes uncovered.
