Crock-Pot Apple Butter - cooking recipe
Ingredients

16 apples
2 c. cider
2 c. sugar
1 Tbsp. cinnamon
1 1/2 tsp. cloves
Preparation

Wash, dry and core apples.
Cut into eighths with peel left on.
Add cider, sugar, cinnamon and cloves to crock-pot.
Cook on low for 15 to 20 hours, covered.
Put in blender and pick out lumps, if necessary.
Cook again in crock-pot on high, uncovered, until thick, 5 to 6 hours.
