Enchilada Pie - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. ground beef
    1 medium onion
    1 can refried beans
    1 small can sliced black olives
    1 pkg. medium flour tortillas
    1 can enchilada sauce
    1/2 to 1 lb. Monterey Jack cheese, shredded
Preparation
    Brown ground beef and onion.
    Grease 9 x 13-inch casserole dish.
    Layer tortillas, refried beans, olives, cheese and enchilada sauce.
    Repeat layering again.
    Top with plain tortilla.
