Enchilada Casserole - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 lb. ground meat
1 small onion, chopped
1 small can enchilada sauce
1 can cream of mushroom soup
2 c. grated cheese (Cheddar or Monterey Jack)
corn tortillas
Preparation

Cook meat and onion in skillet until meat is browned.
Add enchilada sauce and soup.
Blend well.
Break corn tortillas (either soft or crisp) into several pieces and line casserole dish.
Add layer of meat mixture and cheese; continue to layer tortilla, meat and cheese until you end with cheese on top. Either bake in 350\u00b0 oven for about 25 minutes or cook in microwave for 5 minutes; turn and cook for 5 more minutes.
